Liked how the nicely decorated premium apartment simply for the outdoor space available was arranged when we arrived. A lounge and a kitchen area where good. The location was stunning, at a short distance from Parking. It was about 1 mile from the airport.

The staff was just terrible.

All the rooms are tastefully decorated and romantic simply for the outdoor space available and the staff is attentive! It is in absolutely perfect location to Los Fundadores Park, set around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located to almost everything in Playa.

Very nice facilities in general, excellent location in everything you want to be near by. Also - adjacent to 5th avenue and the alternate ADO bus terminal as well as the best bars. Well decorated and brand-new rooms with balcony for hotel guests.

The location is perfect, only a short walk from everything. The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning, a kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. Plus, the outdoor areas like the garden and sun terrace were beautiful.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

good location, close to everything! Close to the liveliest street and beach on foot can be 6-7. Breakfast is not on the hotel premises, we have to go through 2 minutes, it's not a buffet, but there are 3 options, all of them were yummy, everything was delicious. rooms are very spacious. We really enjoyed it.

Large, spacious apartment with lots of space. Price - Performance was very good. On foot in a few minutes directly in the city centre

Poorly soundproofed, bedroom right to the street. Pool was neglected, not clean

The most important was the staff - caring and very friendly people. The rooms were brand-new and a decent size, good value and complete with Bedroom, a kitchen and sunlight.

Fairly clean and stylish place, extremely helpful and very friendly staff. The breakfasts with my fare. Perfect location to the ADO bus station and easy access to a main shopping street and a shopping street. Near Coco Bongo. Really lovely experience there👌

I travel frequently for work and have stayed at many different hotels in Playa. I always reserve the least expensive room and Fabiola has been consistently good. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the nightlife and the best food. The staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and the room was comfortable with fantastic amenities. The shower was especially impressive. I plan to stay at Fabiola again.

The room is very clean, the stuff is friendly. The location of the hotel very good, it is far away from all the noise of the beach parties and noisy restaurants, and 5 min. Walking from the beach. The pool is small, but clean.

Everything was very good, good value. It was ideal place for travelling to Playa del Carmen, I was glad to stay there. The location was magnificent, next to Close to many restaurants, and the beach and supermarkets. It also was very close to the ADO bus station...
